Existing Problems in Practical Application
Almost all self suction pumps in the market have problems: 1. There are too many sealing surfaces. In the employment, sealing surface leakage is easily caused, which will damage the equipment, and cause pollution, and will leak out all the priming liquid in the pump body; The leaked liquid will corrode the inserts in the pump body, directly damaging the equipment. This is a big problem. Solution: ZF series pump only has one sealing surface and there are no inserts in the pump body. There are fewer sealing surfaces, fewer leakage points, and it is easy to find. Even if there is a leak, it will not damage the machine. All of these makes ZF pump have high suction range. 2. Mechanical sealing damage. In addition to normal wear and tear of the machine seal, many times it is abnormal damage, resulting in greater losses. We use a patented machine seal, with a cooling surface that is 3-6 times that of a conventional WB2 machine seal, and the cooling surface that extends into the pump body to produce bubbles due to damage, in order to avoid abnormal damage as much as possible.
